NO. 1 BOX WASHER MACHINE main frame made in Stainless steel Aisi 304. Single tunnel with internal high pressure washing section and low pressure rinsing section.
Wide polycarbonate windows enable to inspect the internal part of the washing tunnel.
High pressure washing section
composed of:
n.1 Hydrokinetic impeller in upper position with two stainless steel nozzles for high pressure water.
n.4 Nozzles in lateral position for high pressure water.
High pressure washing section is connectable to a normal high pressure washer (not included) or fed by an high pressure pump on board of the machine (optional)
Low pressure rinsing section
Composed of :
n. 1 Tubular manifold made in Stainless Steel Aisi 304 with 6 nozzles (2 on top, 2 on right side, 2 on left side)
n. 1 Tubular manifold made in Stainless Steel Aisi 304 with 2 nozzles for internal rinsing of the box.
Nozzles in this section are made in PVC with bayonet fittings, sealed with O-rings for easy disassembling.
Other
Stainless Steel Waste water basin placed along the tunnel with single discharge DIN 50 male.
Stainless Steel Aisi304 chain for box dragging inside the machine. The chain is assembled on a polyethylene rail. Stainless Steel Pinion on a shaft with double Igus bearings on tensioning plates.
Mechanical speed variator for setting the box dragging speed.
Sliding guide rails made in Stainless Steel Aisi 304
