1. Save more than 80% of energy, save more than 90% of condensate water and reduce more than 50% of floor space compared with traditional evaporator.
 
2. The secondary steam is fully utilized. The economic efficiency of steam generation is equivalent to the 30 efficiency of multi-effect evaporation, which reduces the demand for external heating and cooling resources, energy consumption and pollution.
 
3. Compressor is used to provide heat source. Compared with traditional evaporator, the temperature difference is much smaller, which can achieve mild evaporation, greatly improve product quality and reduce scaling.
 
4. There is no need for the condenser or the condenser with only a small area, the structure and flow are very simple, automatic operation, continuous operation, safe and reliable.
 
5. The evaporator evaporates materials at low temperature (evaporation temperature of 40℃-100℃), with uniform material and liquid, no material running, not easy to coking, and minimum heating denaturation of materials.
 
6. Scraper heater structure, high heat transfer coefficient value, large evaporation capacity, evaporation intensity can reach 200kg/m2· HR, high thermal efficiency.
 
7. The heating time of the material is short, about 5 seconds to 10 seconds, and it works under the vacuum condition, which is more advantageous to the heat-sensitive material, keeping the various components without any decomposition, ensuring the product quality.
 
8. It can adapt to a wide range of viscosity changes, and can handle high and low viscosity materials. The viscosity of materials can reach up to 100,000 centips (CP).
 
9. The equipment covers a small area, has simple structure, convenient maintenance and easy cleaning.
 
10. The vacuum pressure drop was small: because of its unique form of evaporation, is processed only in the surface film materials, and not in evaporation surface accumulation, therefore, there is no other form of evaporation of the liquid column static offset the problem of vacuum evaporation (other forms of vacuum degree only reflects the vacuum) on the surface of the liquid in the system main body, the system shows that the vacuum degree of vacuum evaporation is material.
 
11. High evaporation intensity: the improvement of vacuum reduces the boiling point of the processed materials, increases the driving force of temperature difference between hot and cold media, and the forced action of the scraper makes the liquid film turbulent and thinner. The self-cleaning action of the scraper inhibits the formation of the scale layer on the heating surface, increases the heat transfer coefficient and improves the evaporation intensity.
 
12. Short heating time: As the scraper evaporator is a special falling film evaporator, the material stays on the heating surface for a short time, about 10-60 seconds (depending on different specifications), which is especially suitable for dealing with heat-sensitive materials.
 
13. High elasticity of operation: the amount of material entering the evaporator per unit time determines the thickness of liquid film formed on the heating surface. Since the liquid film of the scraper evaporator is forced to form by the scraper, the feeding amount can be adjusted in a large range;
