DESCRIPTION
The falling film evaporator is made of stainless steel and consists of preheater, heating chamber, evaporation chamber, condenser, cooler, vacuum system, hot-press pump, circulating pump and electrical control system. It can be designed into single-effect, double-effect or multi-effect forms. It is widely used in concentration of food additives and other materials in biochemistry, pharmaceuticals, milk, fruits and vegetables, medicine and condiments industry and suitable for evaporating of heat sensitive, sticky, foaming materials.

Easy to use advanced control methods.It mainly takes the effective temperature as the control parameters in the process of LJN series concentration .The parameters are stable when the system is running, and it is easy to adopt advanced automatic control (PLC and human-machine interface control).The cost of control equipment is relatively low.These all make more convenient to realize automatic control for the production of traditional Chinese medicine.
D. The structural design is advanced and reasonable. In terms of structure, we adopt the optimized design scheme that advanced liquid distribution device to distribute the material and the pipe when feeding, so that the material can enter the heating pipes evenly. At the same time, we choose high-quality inner and outer mirror pipes as heating pipes to make the flow resistance of the material in the pipe small, fast and difficult to analyze. In order to improve the concentration efficiency, the system is equipped with advanced fog trap, which has strong ability to eliminate entrainment of fog. The separation efficiency can reach 96-99%, and the resistance drop is small.
